HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Resourcing4HR. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR and Training related administrative processes with excellent attention to detail and ownership of delivery.
  • Support the wider employee base by getting involved in Charity Champion, Wellbeing Champion, and DEI activities.
  • Deal confidently and effectively with employees and partners.
  • Organize and multitask to meet deadlines calmly.
  • Develop strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Be hands-on, flexible, and proactive with a 'can do' attitude.
Requirements:
  • Minimum education to A level standard.
  • CIPD level 3 or be qualified by experience.
  • Experienced Administrator.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
