HR Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Resourcing4HR. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of HR-related projects and initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum education to A level standard.
  • CIPD level 3 or be qualified by experience.
  • Experience in an HR Administrator role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
