About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Finance Team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Directors and Heads of Departments, ensuring the smooth running of department processes and general support for their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to Directors and Heads of Departments, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Attend leadership meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions identified.
  • Support internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, including travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Raise Purchase Order requests, process goods receipts, handle invoice queries, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Manage multiple departmental-oriented processes and oversee ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Maintain awareness of key issues and activities within the company and department to enable effective support.
  • Make judgments on actions without reference to others, organizing meetings and managing diaries to maximize Director time.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar administration role, including diary management experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to use tools to prioritize tasks and arrange/attend meetings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and prior knowledge of relevant company procedures within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and work with various levels of stakeholders.
