This is an excellent opportunity to join the EMEA Finance Projects team at Hilton Corporate in a role that combines flexible working locations within France or the UK, and hybrid or remote working patterns.
The Project Finance Systems Manager is responsible for coordinating functional changes through the key financial systems in place in EMEA, including Microsoft Dynamics Nav & SunSystems, and related financial integrations.
The person will lead and project manage the different functional components of those systems, in collaboration with hotels and finance teams, infrastructure and IT, and third-party providers.
Key interactions include:
- Ensuring financial systems are operating correctly and coordinating with support partners to maintain adequate support.
- Maintaining System Cost centre and instructing for billing (Microsoft Dynamics Nav).
- Coordinating central requests for above property audit review.
- Opening: Coordinating the implementation of back office systems for hotels' opening.
- Helping gather localization requirements for First in Countries.
- Coordinating between partner and hotels for deployment of the solution (requirement gathering, SOW signing, setup and design, training organization and live activities).
- Legal and Structural Changes, Enhancements: Coordinating application in back offices of legal and structural changes & other enhancements.
- Reviewing requirements from local teams.
- Coordinating SOW design and testing.
- Ensuring design, test and validate new countries within an existing multi-country platform (Microsoft Dynamics Nav).
- Functional project manager for migration to Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics Nav) when decided: migration protocol, process, sign off, core redesign and tests.
- Defining and communicating KPIs on achievements and performance.
In addition, depending on availability and projects, this role can also be involved in other applications development/deployments (Document management system, payroll etc.) from a functional design and integration to back office perspective, and on a project coordination aspect.
Applicants will have a finance and project management background and must have experience in either SunSystems or Microsoft Dynamics Nav (ideally both).
A finance degree holder and/or a professional level Accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc. is required.
Working in or supporting an accounting function is essential.
Technical system build methodology and database setup experience (i.e. not only user of the system but having participated as functional to system build) is required.
Having participated in IT project management in a key position (i.e. understand interaction, methods, etc.) is necessary.
Able to communicate effectively in English; other language skills would also be of benefit.
A sound understanding of SunSystems and Microsoft Dynamics Nav is required.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge; use of Microsoft Visio is a plus.
