Role Overview

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey? In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Blue Team, which operates within the Entitlement Services division. This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our local and central government partners. With the current Product Proposition Lead transitioning to new opportunities, we are seeking a talented individual to step into this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to our success:

  • Oversee Marketing and Communications initiatives
  • Facilitate Internal Staff Communications
  • Conduct Market, Service, and Product Research and Development
  • Architect Service Solutions
  • Manage Projects Effectively
  • Represent Service Areas
  • Engage with Customers
  • Manage Internal and External Stakeholder Relationships
  • Develop and Manage Third-Party Partnerships
  • Contribute to Bid and Proposal Writing
  • Deliver Internal and External Presentations

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to the Senior Operating Officer of Entitlement Services, ensuring that our strategic objectives align with the broader goals of the organization.

As the Product Proposition Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of new service offerings that meet market demands through collaboration with the Account Management Team and our customer base.
  • Collaborating with the Blue Team and other colleagues to create and implement new propositions.
  • Assisting in the design of new services and managing their implementation.
  • Enhancing existing services through additional opportunities.
  • Working with colleagues to optimize processes and maximize revenue.
  • Supporting the Service Manager during project delivery until services are established.
  • Exploring further service opportunities during and after project implementation.
  • Producing marketing materials in collaboration with pilot customers and the Marketing Team.
  • Providing sales and proposal materials to secure additional business.
  • Leading all marketing communications for Entitlement Services.
  • Managing internal communications to foster colleague engagement.
  • Collaborating with the Lead Programme Manager for analytical insights.
  • Working closely with the Product Manager on performance requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, third parties, and customers.
  • Exhibiting strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Representing Entitlement Services at various events.
  • Assisting in bid writing aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborating with the wider Revenues and Benefits community to enhance software and services.
  • Creating high-quality presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
