Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be engaged in a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Strategizing and executing marketing and communication initiatives
  • Facilitating internal communications among staff
  • Conducting market research and developing service and product offerings
  • Architecting service frameworks
  • Managing projects effectively
  • Representing service areas
  • Engaging with customers
  • Building and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Overseeing third-party collaborations
  • Writing bids and proposals
  • Delivering presentations to diverse audiences

Reporting Structure
In this position, you will report directly to the Senior Operating Officer of Entitlement Services, ensuring that our strategic objectives align with the broader goals of the organization.

As the Product Proposition Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of new service offerings in response to market demands, collaborating closely with the Account Management Team and our customer base.
  • Working alongside colleagues to create and implement innovative propositions.
  • Assisting in the design of new services and managing their transition to operational status.
  • Enhancing existing services through additional opportunities.
  • Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and maximize profitability.
  • Providing ongoing support to the Service Manager until projects are fully operational.
  • Exploring additional service opportunities during and after project implementation.
  • Creating marketing materials in partnership with the Marketing Team to highlight new services.
  • Providing sales support through collateral development.
  • Leading all marketing communications for Entitlement Services, managing the mid-term marketing strategy.
  • Overseeing internal communications to ensure employee engagement.
  • Collaborating with the Lead Programme Manager for analytical insights.
  • Working closely with the Product Manager for performance-related requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibiting strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Representing Entitlement Services at various events, including meetings and conferences.
  • Assisting in the preparation of bids and proposals aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborating with the broader Revenues and Benefits community to enhance software and service offerings.
  • Creating and delivering high-quality presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
