Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will oversee and manage all facets of residential property transactions. This includes providing thorough advice and support to clients, conducting title investigations, and supervising the drafting of contracts, search reports, mortgage documentation, and transfers. You will ensure regular updates are communicated to clients, solicitors, and estate agents. Additionally, your role will involve mentoring and guiding Conveyancing Paralegals and Assistants, ensuring their work adheres to high standards. You will also manage non-standard correspondence and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including anti-money laundering and data protection laws.

Position Details
- Salary: Up to £55,000, based on qualifications and experience.
