Role Overview
In this dynamic role, you will become an integral part of our Blue Team, a seasoned group dedicated to delivering high-quality services to local and central government partners. As our current Product Proposition Lead transitions to new opportunities, we are seeking a talented individual to step into this pivotal position.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing and communication strategies.
- Manage internal staff communications effectively.
- Conduct market, service, and product research and development.
- Oversee service architecture and project management.
- Represent service areas and engage with customers.
- Facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement and management.
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party partners.
- Contribute to bid and proposal writing.
- Deliver impactful internal and external presentations.
In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Operating Officer of Entitlement Services, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of both the Entitlement Services business unit and the broader NEC organization.
As the Product Proposition Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of new service offerings that meet market demands through collaboration with the Account Management Team and our customer base.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create and implement new propositions.
- Assisting in the architecture of new services and managing their transition to a live environment.
- Enhancing existing services through additional opportunities.
- Working with the team to streamline processes and maximize revenue.
- Supporting the Service Manager during project delivery until services are fully operational.
- Exploring further service opportunities during and after project implementation.
- Collaborating with pilot customers and the Marketing Team to create promotional materials for new services.
- Providing sales and proposal support to secure additional business.
- Leading all marketing communications for Entitlement Services and managing the marketing mid-term plan.
- Overseeing internal staff communications to foster colleague engagement.
- Working closely with the Lead Programme Manager to incorporate analytical insights.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Representing Entitlement Services at various events and assisting in bid writing.
- Collaborating with the NEC Revenues and Benefits community to shape software and service offerings.
- Creating high-quality presentations for diverse audiences.
- Conducting market analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
