Creative Director

About the Role

Nigel Wright Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Creative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the creative strategy forward and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, brand-driven digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house creative team to refine the visual identity and develop highly commercial assets.
• Develop a strategic approach to typography, color, texture, material, composition, and form, ensuring a highly intentional approach to all creative decisions.
• Collaborate with the product, brand, and e-commerce teams to deliver a consistent and beautiful digital experience.
• Ensure creative briefs are purposeful and reflective of brand identity, and manage execution to ensure consistency and commercial success.
• Oversee the creative of digital marketing assets, working closely with agency and marketing teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior, decor, photography, design, and post-production techniques and developments, and apply them to improve business-as-usual (BAU) and studio processes and procedures.

• You have experience defining and delivering the big-picture creative strategy, with a strong track record of success.
• You are passionate about impeccable design and believe that good design can change behaviors and the lives of customers.
• You have experience leading, developing, managing, and inspiring creative teams, with a proven ability to drive results.
• You have current or previous experience within the homeware, design, or interiors industry.
