About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Student Information and Advice Officer - Knowledge to join our Student Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating knowledge base and chatbot articles, while managing stakeholder liaison support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously update knowledge base and chatbot articles to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide first-line support to stakeholders, effectively managing and resolving student-related queries while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Administer first-line complaint support, assisting with service recovery as needed, and offering comprehensive advice to students about the University's programmes and services.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining knowledge bases and chatbot articles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
