London, Greater London, United Kingdom Prospectus Full time

Our client, a leading London university, is looking to appoint a temporary Student Experience Officer to be the first point of contact for all non-academic specific student queries, providing first-line advice and support where necessary.

This is a full time role, running for 3 months in the first instance.

You will be required on site 5 days per week, near Regents Park, however there may be some flexibility on this if you are able to work from your own laptop.

In addition to the direct student support, the Student Experience Officers provide course-related administrative support that relates to the student experience.

You will also use data & systems to monitor student engagement and identify students who may require additional support.

Ideally you will possess an in depth understanding of a number of policies and operations across the University, sufficient to provide relevant and comprehensive guidance to students and colleagues.

This post is looking to start as soon as possible, so you will need to be available immediately or at short notice in order to be considered.
