About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our growing team at Student Beans. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing and generating leads, maintaining key client accounts, and growing our pipeline of exhibitors and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Student Beans brand as an industry figure
  • Sourcing and generating leads to add to our existing portfolio of clients
  • Maintaining a key list of client accounts and working with relevant partners to optimize their event involvement
  • Growing our pipeline of exhibitors and sponsors and rebooking existing clients, selling both standard and bespoke packages
  • Bringing leading media owners, agencies, and technology providers into the youth marketing space
Requirements
  • A proven track record of working within a highly competitive B2B environment
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and ability to demonstrate a consultative sales approach
  • Experience in engaging and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers
  • A passion and drive to succeed, with tenacity and hunger for being successful
  • Experience of working within a similar role previously (desired)
