Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and partners. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member and partner inquiries via email, phone, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support with membership benefits, event registration, and other ESA services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
