Lipton Media, a specialist media recruitment agency, seeks a highly talented sponsorship sales professional to join their high growth media business selling across an industry leading, flagship aerospace event. This role will focus on our client's leading event within the Aerospace market, encompassing engineering, defence, and aerospace sectors.

Key Highlights:

  • £40,000 – £55,000 Base Salary + (Uncapped Commission) + Excellent Benefits
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities, increase pipeline, and bring on new prospects
  2. Manage a number of high-value existing accounts
  3. Sell high-value sponsorship opportunities
  4. Pitch clients over the phone and through face-to-face meetings
  5. Attend industry events to stay competitive
  6. Employ consultative selling techniques to provide creative solutions to clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sponsorship sales
  • Strong new business sales skills with proven revenue results
  • Excellent account management capabilities
  • Degree-educated ideal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Successful track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Consultative sales approach is essential
