Key Responsibilities- Provide routine administrative support to all members of the course office
- Undertake specific tasks as required
- Report to the Senior Course Officer / Course Operations Manager
The successful candidate will have administrative experience and experience of working in a busy customer-focused environment, multi-tasking and dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements.
Knowledge of the Higher Education Sector and of SITS student records database would be desirable.
