Job Summary:

This role involves direct provision of services, collaborative work with statutory and voluntary sector agencies, outreach, training, and information and advocacy to Carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing information and advice, particularly welfare benefits, to Carers.
  • Advocating on behalf of Carers and providing one-to-one support.
  • Developing and delivering frontline services.
  • Supervising staff and contributing to project development.
  • Collaborating with statutory and voluntary sector agencies to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of issues related to Carers.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Commitment to working in the voluntary sector.
