**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SEND Officer to join our team at Ambitious about Autism. As a SEND Officer, you will play a critical role in co-ordinating the statutory transition and annual review process, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Co-ordinate the statutory transition and annual review process, including planning, facilitation, tracking, quality assurance, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system to monitor all aspects of the process and provide data required to report to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the single point of contact for annual and transition reviews, working closely with college staff, parents, learners, visitors, and local authorities.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the SEND team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

**Requirements**

  • Experience of providing high-quality administrative support in a similar SEN organisation/school/college/charity environment.
  • Good knowledge of EHCPs and the SEND code of practice.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, Equality & Diversity, and Health & Safety.
