We are looking for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist who will manage a clinical caseload and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to enhance outcomes for children and young people through specialized speech and language therapy expertise. Your role will involve delivering high-quality therapy advice and support across three levels of intervention: universal, targeted, and specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in effective leadership and team management
- Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to set appropriate goals for complex cases
- Expertise in applying specialized speech and language therapy techniques for children and/or young people with autism and related conditions to enhance their outcomes
- Ability to integrate the latest research findings and evaluative thinking into practice
- Experience in managing a complex caseload while prioritizing and delegating tasks efficiently.
