The Role
Student Information and Advice Content Editor
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Student Information and Advice Content Editor to join our Student Services team. The successful candidate will maintain and enhance our knowledge base by conducting research, writing clear and concise articles, and organising content for quick access. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and active engagement with feedback to continuously improve our resources.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves researching frequently encountered questions and issues, updating and maintaining the knowledge base for accuracy and relevance, and writing clear and concise articles. The content must be organised logically for quick access by all stakeholders. Additionally, the editor will monitor feedback to identify areas for improvement, collaborate with teams to enhance content, assist in managing high volumes of calls, and attend relevant meetings as needed. The editor will also promote and adhere to the University's policies and safety regulations.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however you will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
