Service Coordinator – London Fields

Alarm Communications Limited is a prominent organization specializing in fire safety, commercial security, and building management systems. Our clientele includes a range of prestigious structures and landmarks, such as luxury hotels, sports venues, and educational institutions throughout Greater London. We are seeking to fill the position of Service Coordinator at our Griffin Fire location in London Fields.

Compensation – Up to £29,000 per annum based on experience

Role Overview

The Service Coordinator will collaborate closely with our Customer Services Team. A strong emphasis on accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines is crucial for this role.

  • Delivering high-quality inbound and outbound communication via phone and email
  • Responding promptly and positively to client inquiries
  • Managing customer concerns and requests
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges through email and phone
  • Working alongside the Operations Team to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Invoicing and quoting based on engineer assessments
  • Handling sales and purchase invoice processing
  • Coordinating maintenance and urgent service tasks
  • Client invoicing
  • Engaging in various project work as needed

Candidate Profile

  • A strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • Proven track record of meeting business deadlines
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • A minimum of two years' relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Five or more GCSEs, including maths and English at a minimum of 'C' grade
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Capability to adhere to tight deadlines and month-end financial cut-off dates
  • Residence in London
