Experienced Customer Care Advisor Needed

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Advisor for a contract position within a leading premium brand known for its unique and innovative products. This company supplies top retailers and boasts a strong online presence alongside its own retail outlets.

Role Overview:

The Customer Care Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support and guidance for products recently delivered. The focus will be on reassuring customers who may be contemplating returns. This position involves proactive outreach to customers following delivery to confirm their satisfaction with the products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and engage with customers through chat support.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
  • Keep precise records and updates in the customer management system.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as necessary.
  • Manage customer concerns related to delivery issues.
  • Process return requests for both individual consumers and retail partners.
  • Oversee the returns process, ensuring refunds are processed and orders are updated accordingly.
  • Gather and respond to customer feedback from various channels.
  • Engage with customer reviews and comments on feedback platforms.
  • Assist customers in following up on refund requests.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
