Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Patient Communications
    • Coordinate patient interactions, including consultations, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Conduct Initial Consultations
    • Provide detailed information and address patient concerns to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Maintain Procedure Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on all surgical and nonsurgical procedures offered, including training and updates.
  • Ensure Professional Appearance
    • Present a professional and polished appearance that reflects Medsolve's standards.
  • Coordinate Patient Care
    • Ensure clear communication with surgeons and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and treatment schedules.
  • Support Clinicians
    • Assist clinicians in managing patient and procedure diaries to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Achieve Sales Targets
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Perform administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the overall efficiency of the clinic.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service
    • Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the cosmetic or surgical industry.
  • Positive Personality Traits
    • Positive, empathetic personality with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
