Patient Care Specialist

Medsolve is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Patient Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where patient care and satisfaction are paramount.
This is a full-time, permanent role, and we offer a competitive salary. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship.
As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their surgical journey from initial consultation to postoperative care. Your expertise in customer service, coupled with a strong sales orientation, will be key to helping our practice grow while ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all patient communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations, with the aim of booking and retaining patients.
- Conduct thorough initial consultations with new clients, providing detailed information and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all surgical and non-surgical procedures offered (training provided).
- Present a professional and polished appearance that reflects the clinic's standards.
- Ensure clear ongoing communication with surgeons and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and treatment schedules.
- Support clinicians in managing patient and procedure diaries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Handle administrative duties as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the clinic.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the cosmetic or surgical industry.
- A positive, empathetic personality with a strong focus on customer service and a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality and care.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Compliance with all regulatory and legal standards in the delivery of surgical treatments.
- Experience in a cosmetic or gynaecological surgery setting is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with compliance procedures and regulations specific to the surgical field.
