### Job Title: Patient Coordinator
#### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Patient Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Medsolve. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their surgical journey, from initial consultation to post-operative care.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Manage all patient communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations, with the aim of booking and retaining patients.
* Conduct thorough initial consultations with new clients, providing detailed information and addressing any concerns.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all surgical and non-surgical procedures offered (training provided).
* Present a professional and polished appearance that reflects the clinic's standards.
* Ensure clear, ongoing communication with surgeons and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and treatment schedules.
* Support clinicians in managing patient and procedure diaries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets while maintaining a patient-centred approach.
* Handle administrative duties as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the clinic.
#### Requirements
* Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the cosmetic or surgical industry.
* A positive, empathetic personality with a strong focus on customer service and a proven track record in sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* High ethical standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality and care.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
* Compliance with all regulatory and legal standards in the delivery of surgical treatments.
* Experience in a cosmetic or gynaecological surgery setting is highly advantageous.
* Familiarity with compliance procedures and regulations specific to the surgical field.
