Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Patient Communications

  • Maintain Procedure Knowledge

    • Ensure a professional and polished appearance that reflects Medsolve's standards.
  • Coordinate Patient Care
    • Ensure clear ongoing communication with surgeons and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and treatment schedules.
  • Support Clinical Staff
    • Assist clinicians in managing patient and procedure diaries to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Achieve Sales Targets
    • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Perform administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the overall efficiency of the clinic.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service
    • Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the cosmetic or surgical industry.
  • Positive and Empathetic Personality
    • Strong focus on customer service and a positive, empathetic personality.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Ability to build trust and rapport with patients, as well as communicate effectively with surgeons and clinical staff.
