Main Duties of the JobTrafford Community Mental Health Services are a committed integrated service that strives to provide quality recovery-based support to people with severe and enduring mental health-related difficulties in Trafford 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The service calls upon a wide range of evidence-based holistic assessments and interventions.
As a Community Psychiatric Nurse working in the service, you will be required to undertake the role of Care Coordinator in line with the Care Programme Approach (CPA) process, working proactively and flexibly within a multi-disciplinary team model.
You will also be expected to provide clinical leadership, assist in the organizing, supporting, supervision, and development of junior staff members, and act as an assessor/mentor for student nurses.
