Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time clerical assistant to join our busy Podiatry department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Podiatry clinicians, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting quality and teamwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Standard grade or equivalent education, including English.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • A commitment to quality and teamwork.
Working Arrangements

NHS Scotland is introducing a reduced working week, with a 37-hour working week for full-time staff. Part-time staff will also benefit from a pro-rata reduction. However, some service areas may require temporary adjustments to working patterns, which will be paid accordingly.
