Sales Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Assistant to join our team at Leiths. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out sales administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process weighsoft entries in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide polite and courteous responses to internal and external queries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office environment is essential
- Experience in a sales environment is advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
