Job Summary

The Highland Council is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Clerical Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to senior staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including inputting, collating, interpreting, and retrieving information related to the register of electors.
  • Carry out senior clerical tasks associated with the post, including supervising and supporting clerical staff as needed.
  • Provide cover for the Inverness Office Administrative Assistant as required.
  • Undertake a basic Disclosure check.

Requirements

  • SQV Level 2 in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Experience of project delivery (advantageous)
