We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Assistant to join our team at Leiths. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out sales administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process weighsoft entries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide polite and courteous responses to internal and external queries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office environment is essential
  • Experience in a sales environment is advantageous, but not essential
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
