We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Receptionist/Administrator to join our corporate client's team in a temporary opportunity. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff.

Earn a competitive hourly rate of £12-£13, working Monday-Friday 9-5, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meeting rooms for appointments and events
  • Provide general reception duties, including greeting guests and managing deliveries
  • Prepare teas and coffees for meetings
  • Support with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
  • A welcoming and friendly personality
  • Excellent organizational skills
