About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at SSE Enterprise. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and issuance of work documents, including utility searches and administration of Planned Supply Interruptions.
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and receipt invoices.
  • Deal with order and payment queries, liaising with Procurement via approved systems where required.
  • Administer the end-to-end process for all annual orders, including undertaking end-of-year balancing and closures.
  • Undertake general duties, including raising IT requests, issuing equipment, archiving, deliveries, and post.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role as an Administrator.
  • Confident communication with customers, responding to customer queries on the telephone and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • A strong focus on customer service, with the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
