About the Role

NHS Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our People Services team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in administration and consider a career in the Human Resource profession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide organisational administrative support to the People Services team
  • Work with colleagues to develop a broad understanding of the Human Resource profession
  • Support the delivery of administrative tasks and projects
  • Develop strong communication skills and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum Secretarial / Administration qualification at Higher grade / SVQ 3 level or equivalent competence or experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand procedures and processes
  • Positive approach to work and good IT skills
