Job Title: Clerical Assistant 2

Location: Inverness

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant 2 to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good general education along with relevant qualification at SVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience.
  • ICT skills including the use of MS Office applications.

  • A salary of £22, - £23, p.a.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • A permanent contract.
