Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the provision of an effective Facilities Management Service with regards to property management, building access and egress, maintenance, health & safety, and cleaning activities.
  • Support the Area Facilities Supervisor/Team Leader in the day-to-day operations of the facilities management team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient facilities management service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
