Job Title: Facilities Assistant 2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant 2 to join our team at the Highland Council. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Area Facilities Supervisor/Team Leader in the provision of an effective Facilities Management Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of an effective Facilities Management Service with regards to property management, building access and egress, maintenance, health & safety, and cleaning activities.
- Support the Area Facilities Supervisor/Team Leader in the day-to-day operations of the facilities management team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient facilities management service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
