Job Title: Facilities Assistant 2
Job Summary:
The Highland Council is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant 2 to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Area Facilities Supervisor/Team Leader in the provision of an effective facilities management service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of an effective facilities management service, including property management, building access and egress, maintenance, health and safety, and cleaning activities.
- Work closely with the Area Facilities Supervisor/Team Leader to ensure the smooth operation of facilities management services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the facilities management team in the delivery of services, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
