As a veterinary surgeon with Highland Vet Emergencies, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of emergency animal care in the Highlands. Our state-of-the-art facility features advanced equipment, including onsite CT, Ultrasound, DR X-ray, and a full Idexx lab suite.
With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, you will be the first point of contact for local practices and assist in the overnight management of elective surgical referral patients. You will work closely with a veterinary nurse on shifts, with reception cover until late.
A Career that Offers Work-Life BalanceOur shift pattern averages 26 hours per week over a 4-week rolling rota. Weeks 1 and 2 comprise 2-3 shifts on followed by 2-3 shifts off. Weeks 3 and 4 are then full weeks off, providing an excellent work-life balance. We consider flexibility requests to support team wellbeing.
Competitive Benefits Package- £45,000 - £60,000 salary
