Facilities Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our premises, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. This position involves collaborating with various departments to identify and address maintenance needs, planning and executing repairs, and performing routine inspections.
What You Will Do
- Inspect and maintain facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure they are in good working order.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Collaborate with staff to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
