Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team at BY TERRY. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies to grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand video content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly on TikTok, to inform content strategy and creation.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Work together with the Social Media Manager to monitor and analyze content performance using social media analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, particularly on TikTok, for a luxury make-up brand.
  • Skilled with video editing software and familiar with in-app creator tools across platforms.
  • Strong creative skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Experience creating short-form video content that drives results - growing reach and views, engagement and followers, and getting your brand regularly talked about.
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera (participating in videos and TikTok lives).
  • Passion for beauty and a deep understanding of our target audience.
