We are seeking a highly skilled Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TikTok. As a Content Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our short-form video content, while also collaborating with our Product, TnS-Ops Success, TnS-QA, and General Ops teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Content Quality Assessment: Evaluate the quality of our short-form video content in French language, ensuring it meets our high standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and provide training and calibration meetings to ensure consistency.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and execute quality improvement action plans to enhance the overall quality of our content.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise feedback and guidance.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English languages.
- Education: High school degree, with a strong background in a related field.
- Skills: Highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and make ongoing improvements in your everyday work.
- Experience: First experience working in a high-paced work environment, with a strong understanding of content quality assurance principles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
- Experience: Past experience in content quality assurance for short video content, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by self-regulating social media platforms.
- Skills: Ability to evaluate large data sets, and draw actionable conclusions in a clear and concise manner. Intermediate Excel/Google sheets knowledge.
