About the Team:

The Content Quality team is responsible for ensuring that the recommended content on TikTok complies with our Trust & Safety requirements. This involves collaborating closely with Product, TnS-Ops Success, TnS-QA, and General Ops teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct content quality assessments in German language;
  • Closely collaborate with internal and/or external teams to improve content quality, identify root causes, and resolve issues;
  • Host training and calibration meetings with internal and external teams;
  • Develop and execute quality improvement action plans for the market;
  • Ensure full proficiency in German and English languages;
  • Utilize Excel/Goggle sheets knowledge to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions;
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Prior experience in content quality assurance for short video content;
  • Knowledge of current TikTok trends and popular content on the German market;
  • Ability to evaluate large data sets and draw actionable conclusions in a clear and concise manner;
  • Intermediate Excel/Goggle sheets knowledge.
