We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Specialist to join our team at Green Park Content. As a key member of our Content Squad, you will be responsible for crafting engaging copy for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.

Your primary objective will be to maximize brand awareness for our clients in the hospitality and tourism industries. You will work closely with our Content Squad Lead to develop a deep understanding of our clients\u2019 brands and create content that resonates with their target audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing social media copy for multiple formats, including captions, supers, creative executions, and scripts.
  • Developing and maintaining social content calendars that align with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborating with the Content Squad Lead to ideate and execute content creation projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Providing insights and expertise to the Content Squad on social channels and content creation.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience writing copy for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
  • Experience working in the hospitality and tourism industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media copywriting best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to brand tone of voice and subject matter.
  • Experience in community management and constructing responses for the community.

Reporting and Communication Structure:

This role reports to the Content Squad Lead based in the UK, South Africa, UAE, or Saudi Arabia.

Performance Review and Personal Development:

By the Content Squad Lead and Head of Content on the basis of:

  • Overall quality and performance of copywriting output.
  • Copy outputs and deadlines being met each month.
  • Client relationship and satisfaction with copy quality and performance.
  • Peer feedback as collated by line manager.
  • Execution and review of best practice copy generation and TOV guide created.
  • Relationships with other operating companies/departments.
  • Interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Being a team player.
  • Demonstrating the core values of Green Park Content.
