Content Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our Trust & Safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our content.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the quality of content in French language, ensuring it meets our high standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to improve content quality, identify and resolve issues, and develop quality improvement action plans.
- Host training and calibration meetings with internal and external teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in content evaluation.
- Develop and execute quality improvement plans to enhance content quality and user experience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support.
- Fluency in French and English languages.
- High school degree and prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise feedback.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Prior experience in content quality assurance for short video content.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by self-regulating social media platforms, particularly in the Trust and Safety area.
- Knowledge of current TikTok trends and popular content on the Ukrainian market.
- Ability to evaluate large data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
