Content Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our content.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality assessment work by evaluating the quality of policy application in content reviewed in English markets.
- Conduct root cause data analysis and summary of findings to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide QA reports to content quality centre team members and act as liaison to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operation.
- Work closely with Operations and Safety teams to address policy-related questions, issues, and solutions.
- Participate in and occasionally facilitate coaching and calibration sessions to ensure consistent policy application.
- More than ten months of experience working on content quality, safety, or policy in a major tech or media company.
- Deep understanding of European online safety, privacy, and expression issues.
- Ability to work differing work shifts as required.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential.
- Proven track record of working with co-workers across different countries is preferable but not required.
