About the Role

The Training and Quality team at TikTok plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our platform. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting content quality audits and data analysis to provide accurate and continuous quality feedback to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assessment and atmosphere evaluation, including comments and keywords.
  • Help build scalable and effective labeling processes.
  • Work closely with Operations and Safety teams to ensure quality delivery of content.
  • Conduct root cause data analysis and provide key actions to improve processes.
  • Produce structured feedback, support, and supervision for external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Full Greek language proficiency (C1) and English (C2).
  • High school degree and first experience working in a high-paced work environment.
  • Highly organized, able to work under minimal supervision, with an eye for detail and aptitude for ongoing improvements.
  • Great time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests for information and handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to deliver sound judgment and clear feedback.
  • Excel/Goggle sheets knowledge (basic).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Past experience in content quality assurance for short video content.
  • Interest, understanding, and/or experience with the challenges faced by self-regulating social media platforms, especially in the Trust and Safety area.
  • Knowledge of current TikTok trends and popular content on the Greek market.
  • Ability to evaluate large data sets and draw actionable conclusions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Interest in working in a high-paced, quickly changing work environment, with resilience when facing challenges and quick adaptation to changes.
  • Excel/Goggle sheets knowledge (intermediate).
