About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Trust & Safety team at TikTok. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our content moderation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assessment work by evaluating the effectiveness of our content moderation policies in Swedish markets.
  • Perform root cause data analysis and provide summary of findings to inform policy improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Content Quality Centre team to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operation.
  • Work closely with Local Operations and Safety teams to address policy-related questions, issues, and solutions.
  • Participate in coaching and calibration sessions to ensure consistent policy application.
Requirements
  • At least 10 months of experience working on content quality, safety, or policy in a major tech or media company.
  • Deep understanding of European online safety, privacy, and expression issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt to day-to-day challenges, and respond to emerging issues.
  • Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
  • Ability to work differing shifts as required.
  • Fluent in required language and professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (not essential).
  • Proven track record of working with coworkers across different countries (preferable but not required).
