Content Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TikTok. As a Content Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our short-form video content, which is a key factor in driving user engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Content Quality Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of short-form video content in English for the Great British market, ensuring it meets our high standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external teams, including quality improvement, root cause analysis, and missalignment detection and resolution, to ensure seamless content delivery.
- Training and Calibration: Host training and calibration meetings with internal and external teams to ensure consistency in content quality assessment.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and execute quality improvement action plans to enhance content quality and user experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise feedback and guidance on content quality.
- Language Proficiency: Full English language proficiency is required.
- Education: A high school degree and first experience working in a high-paced work environment are necessary.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to work under minimal supervision, with an eye for detail and the aptitude to make ongoing improvements in your everyday work.
- Time Management: Great time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
- Confidentiality: Ability to manage multiple requests for information and handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written), ability to deliver sound judgement and clear feedback.
- Technical Skills: Excel/Google sheets knowledge (basic) is required, with intermediate knowledge preferred.
