Green Park Content is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time TikTok Beauty Content Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our brand's TikTok achievements by crafting high-quality, captivating content that captures attention, fosters engagement, and ultimately enhances sales through our TikTok shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Formulate content calendars informed by data analysis, social trends, and TikTok insights. Integrate trending TikTok themes into shoppable content and collaborate with diverse teams to generate compelling content ideas.
  • Content Creation & Management: Design, film, edit, and share engaging TikTok videos that highlight beauty products and trends. Ensure brand consistency while utilizing high-quality visuals and sound effects to produce aesthetically pleasing content.
  • Social Media Reporting & Optimization: Evaluate TikTok performance metrics, create reports, and pinpoint areas for enhancement to boost sales through the TikTok shop.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with the TikTok community, address comments and messages, and customize content based on audience interests.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success as a beauty content creator on TikTok with a thorough understanding of the platform.
  • Strong ability to identify trends and transform them into engaging content.
  • Skilled in video editing and relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and creating both informative and entertaining content.
  • Capability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Experience in data analysis and social media reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with brand collaborations and influencer marketing on TikTok.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and TikTok search algorithms.
  • Knowledge of live streaming features on TikTok.
