TikTok Beauty Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time TikTok Beauty Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our brand's presence on TikTok by producing high-quality, engaging content that captures attention, fosters interaction, and ultimately boosts sales through our TikTok shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Strategy & Planning: Design content calendars informed by data analysis, social trends, and TikTok insights. Integrate trending TikTok themes into shoppable content and collaborate with various teams to generate compelling content ideas.
- Content Creation & Management: Plan, film, edit, and share captivating TikTok videos that highlight beauty products and trends. Ensure brand consistency while utilizing high-quality visuals and sound effects to produce visually striking content.
- Social Media Reporting & Optimization: Evaluate TikTok performance metrics, create reports, and pinpoint areas for enhancement to increase sales through the TikTok shop.
- Community Engagement: Interact with the TikTok community, respond to comments and messages, and tailor content based on audience interests.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success as a beauty content creator on TikTok with a thorough understanding of the platform.
- Strong sense of trends and the ability to transform them into engaging content.
- Proficient in video editing and relevant software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry and creating informative and entertaining content.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in data analysis and social media reporting.
